About Richard
Richard co-founded Flex Suisse after a decade of experience working on talent solutions for Legal & Compliance departments of international companies (Fortune 500). With a strong belief in transparency and value-driven work, he wants to continue developing the workforce of the future.
Before Richard became an entrepreneur, he worked for PwC’s Flexible Legal Resources to innovate PwC’s legal and compliance service offering in the Swiss market. He joined PwC from Axiom, the world’s largest provider of tech-enabled legal, contracts and compliance solutions for international clients, where he headed the legal and compliance sourcing.
Richard holds a diploma in law (focus on corporate law) from the University of Cologne, a master’s degree (international project management) from ESCP Paris and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in cross-cultural business practice from the University of Fribourg. Richard is fluent in German, English and French.
About Reto
Reto is a Swiss bar qualified lawyer who co-founded Flex Suisse with his experience as in-house legal counsel and as attorney-at-law. Applying his knowledge from both worlds he wants to make an impact in terms of quality, efficiency and transparent collaboration between companies and talents. Prior to Flex Suisse he held the position as Head of Solution Structuring for Credit Suisse where he continuously developed his network within the Swiss financial services sector. This managerial role allowed him to mentor legal and tax specialists while still applying his own legal knowledge on complex cases. Reto also worked at the Office of the General Counsel at KPMG.
Reto further holds a Master of Law from the University of Fribourg, an LL.M. from the University of Frankfurt am Main as well as a diploma in International Trust Management (STEP). He is fluent in German, English, French and Italian.

About Victoria
Victoria is a Director at Flex Suisse dedicated to acquiring top talents and building up the Talent Management team in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Prior to joining Flex Suisse, she worked for Deloitte as a Consultant within Tax & Legal, acting as a point of contact between multinational companies, talents, and Swiss authorities in the field of Immigration Law.
Moreover, Victoria has an international outlook on diplomacy, politics, and law which she further expanded during her duties at the Swiss Foreign Ministry and the Rule of Law Program of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Beirut, Lebanon. Victoria approaches her daily work with passion for innovation, integrity and a desire to learn and share knowledge with her team and clients.
As a member of the Global Shapers (World Economic Forum), a network of young people driving dialogue, action and change, Victoria is committed to tackling current social and economic challenges. She was curator of the Bern Hub in 2020-21. Victoria holds a bachelor and master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich, and she is fluent in German, Spanish, English and French.
About Sebastian
Sebastian is Manager at Flex Suisse, where he joined the Business Development team. He is dedicated to acquiring clients and contributes to the operational and strategic development of the business. He is passionate about the disruption of the legal market and wants to be a part of this development.
Through his work experience in a US-based tech company and a LegalTech start-up, Sebastian has acquired an efficient, fast and solution-oriented way of working. He is part of the SLTA Student Chapter Zurich, which raises awareness and shares knowledge about Legal Technology.
Sebastian holds a bachelor and master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich. He spent a semester at Bocconi University in Milan. He is fluent in German and English.
About Leonard
Leonard is a Manager at Flex Suisse. As part of the Business Development team, he is dedicated to acquiring clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of legal projects for clients.
With prior experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, EY and commercial law firms, he combines a legal background with a solution-driven work approach. Leonard is passionate about delivering value to clients leveraging his understanding of the intersection between law and business.
He holds a Bachelor and Master of Laws from University of Zurich with a focus on Business Law as well as an LL.M. in Law & Finance from University of Amsterdam. Leonard further spent semesters abroad at Yonsei University Seoul and Eötvös Loránd University Budapest. He is native in German and English.
About Indra
Indra joined Flex Suisse as a Manager in the Talent Management team. She is passionate about the future of work and believes that it is important for companies to be open to the modern working environment in order to attract motivated talents. Before Indra joined Flex Suisse, she studied German tax law in Kiel and started her career with the German Government, where she worked as a tax commissionaire for more than nine years in the field of income tax, corporate tax law and VAT.
She then gained several years of experience within KPMG and Deloitte in Zurich, Lausanne and Basel within Tax & Legal where she advised multinational companies and their assignees in the field of international tax and social security law. Next to her corporate career Indra was managing and optimizing the HR processes as well as driving the on-boarding of new employees in Switzerland’s newest e-commerce start up for plant based, sugar- and gluten-free cakes, Lola’s Kitchen.
Indra holds a diploma in German tax law and a certificate in international social security law from the Swiss Academy for International Social Security. She is fluent in German and English.
About Nadja
Nadja joins the Flex Suisse Talent Management team as a Manager. Her personal experience as an attorney-at-law in law firms and PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as an In-house counsel allows her to accurately understand the needs of both clients and talents and find the appropriate solutions. Through her work as a project lawyer at Flex Suisse, she realized that she is interested in the intersection between recruiting and law and wants to use her knowledge and experience to contribute to shaping the future of the legal job market.
Nadja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Science from the University of Zurich, a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), a Master of Law from the University of Zurich and an LL.M. from the University of Stellenbosch (SA). She is fluent in German and English.
About Xenia
Before joining Flex Suisse, Xenia worked for four years in Munich, Germany as a German qualified lawyer in the legal field of Banking & Finance in, among others, a major US law firm. She then moved to Switzerland, where she also gained further experience in Swiss law as a lawyer in the field of M&A / Corporate and Banking & Finance in a leading Swiss law firm in Zurich. Through this professional experience in different law firms in two different countries, as well as through her own international background, she has the ability to quickly empathize with the situation of the customers (both on the corporate side and on the side of the project lawyer), to explore the different needs and to handle each project to the full satisfaction of all parties involved. Xenia is convinced that in every working environment the focus is on the individual and would like to contribute through her work at Flex Suisse to make the current legal market fit for the future by establishing new modern working models that provide both companies and project lawyers with the flexibility and understanding of the processes that is necessary, coupled with the enthusiasm for (collaborative) work that is always essential.
Xenia studied law in Osnabrück (Germany), Münster (Germany), Konstanz (Germany) and Geneva (Switzerland), is admitted to the German Bar, holds the Certificat de Droit Transnational of the Faculté de Droit de Genève, has also lived temporarily in New York, USA and is fluent in Russian, German, English and French.
About Nataliia
Nataliia joined Flex Suisse as a Team Coordinator, handling payroll and accounting topics. She was already enthusiastic about the finance industry during her studies. She gained several years of experience as an accountant in a trustee company in Zurich Oberland, where she has provided accounting and payroll for Swiss SMEs. Nataliia is experienced in virtually all aspects of finance and accounting incl. financial reporting, budgeting, financial modelling, analysis and business planning.
Nataliia holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Audit from the National Transport University of Kyiv and a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Kyiv National University. She is fluent in Ukrainian, German, English and Russian.
About Rafael
Rafael has joined Flex Suisse as CTO, where he is responsible for leading the development of the company’s technology strategy and overseeing the implementation of technical projects. He brings 10 years of experience working for the largest provider of end-to-end IT solutions for the public sector in Switzerland. His customers included a variety of organizations with high security requirements, including government entities, law firms, and large companies in the private sector. During his recent tenure as a research associate at a recruitment consultancy for IT-professionals, he gained in-depth insight into the challenges and opportunities brought about by the current labour market.
In addition to his work in IT, Rafael is currently studying law at the University of Zurich. As a board member of the Zurich student chapter of the Swiss Legal Tech Association, he combines his passions for both worlds and advocates for technology-related topics to be included in the curriculum of Swiss law studies.

About Andreas
Andreas is a Managing Partner at Flex Suisse and has 20 years of experience in almost all business areas at specialized staffing companies. He is convinced of the many benefits of specialized staffing services, especially in the legal market. Advancing the project lawyer model in a conservative market environment provides him with lasting new goals and motivation.
Before joining Flex Suisse, Andreas worked for PwC Germany in the Advisory/Transaction Services department and then moved to a renowned full-service staffing company, where he took over the commercial management.
Andreas holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and is a certified Tax Advisor. Andreas is fluent in German and English.
About Christian
As a Director at Flex Suisse, Christian is responsible for building up the Talent Management Team at the Frankfurt office. Before moving to the financial metropolis, Christian worked as a Consultant in the Talent Management team in Zurich.
Driven by digitalization, he wants to contribute to the innovation of the legal market. In addition to his work at Flex Suisse, he is Co-Founder of the SLTA Student Chapter Zurich, which promotes knowledge transfer in LegalTech between students and experts. Christian is also Co-Leader of the NextGen chapter of the Swiss LegalTech Association, which has launched a nationwide cooperation for students and young professionals in the field of LegalTech. Before joining Flex Suisse, Christian worked as a Legal Assistant at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte, a renowned law firm specialized in Data Protection and ICT.
Christian holds a Bachelor and Master of Law from the University of Zurich. Additionally, he completed a semester abroad at the University of Nottingham (UK). Christian is fluent in German and English.
About Franziska
Franziska holds a degree in law and completed her first state examination at the University of Bayreuth. As a Manager in the Talent Management team at Flex Suisse, she interacts with candidates, coordinates the application processes, the flow of projects and corresponds with clients.
Before joining Flex Suisse, Franziska managed the production flow in a medical device startup, was responsible for product quality testing and assurance, and held a leadership position in the team.
Franziska is motivated by working with the Zurich office across the DACH region and she is curious to work with the team to develop new solutions and strategies for the changing legal market. Franziska is fluent in German and English.
About Alicia
Alicia is a fully qualified lawyer and works as a Manager in the Business Development team at Flex Suisse. As part of the Business Development team, she is responsible for acquiring and advising clients and contributes to the operational and strategic development of the business.
Before joining Flex Suisse, she worked as an in-house legal counsel. She also gained legal experience in the private sector. During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, which included a secondment to a leading German commercial law firm, Alicia worked in the Global Transformation Group of PwC Legal and in the Asset & Wealth Management Compliance practice area of PwC Germany. Prior to that, she was able to gain experience in the area of Global Mobility as a student trainee.
Alicia is motivated by the vision to make the market for Legal & Compliance services transparent, competitive and fit for the future. Alicia is fluent in German and English.
About Victoria
Victoria Keller is a qualified attorney-at-law and works as a Manager in the Talent Management team at Flex Suisse. She studied law at the Eberhard-Karls University in Tübingen and at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Victoria completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main and gained her first professional experience in leading international law firms in this context. During a study visit abroad at the London School of Economics and Political Science she deepened her legal and business knowledge.
Prior to joining Flex Suisse, Victoria worked for some time at a renowned law firm in the field of white-collar criminal law. She was also responsible for the recruiting process of a startup in the dental field before starting her legal clerkship. Victoria has also been a member of the management team of a company that distributes healthcare products and manages large text and image databases for several years. Victoria is fluent in German and English.
About Fabian
Fabian holds a degree in law and completed his first state examination in Freiburg im Breisgau. He supports the Talent Management team of Flex Suisse as a Manager.
During his law studies in Freiburg, he has already worked as a research assistant for a law firm, founded a sole proprietorship and worked in financial services brokerage. Prior to joining Flex Suisse, Fabian worked at KPMG as a Strategy Consultant focusing on compliance solutions. Previously, Fabian worked as part of the management and sales team in a start-up for the use of aerial drones for medicine deliveries.
Fabian is motivated to play the market for future-proof legal services in a dynamic company. At the same time, he looks forward to customer contact and working with the team. Fabian is fluent in German and English.
Maren is a fully qualified lawyer and works as a Manager in the Talent Management team at Flex Suisse. She studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. There she gained her first practical experience in international law firms in banking/finance.
After her First State Examination in Law, she completed a hybrid LL.M. program in Glasgow, United Kingdom, in Law & Finance. She acquired in-depth legal knowledge at the Law School and financial expertise at the Business School.
Maren completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main and gained further valuable experience in law firms and at Deutsche Börse.Before joining Flex Suisse, she worked for a major US law firm in Real Estate Finance. Maren is fluent in German and English.
About Sarah
As a Researcher, Sarah supports the Talent Management team in recruiting specialists in the areas of Legal & Compliance.
Sarah has already gained her first experience as a Student Assistant in law firms and courts. Most recently, she accompanied the founding process of a startup in all legal matters. Her motivation is to further revolutionise the legal industry and establish new working models with the dynamic Flex Suisse team. Providing solution-oriented support to our clients through continuously changing workforce diversity is a top priority for her.
